The numbers of your chart
Your chart has five core numbers, and the same digit means something different in each position. Two come from your birth date and never change; three come from the name on your birth record and describe the role you play. If your name changes, that role shifts a great deal, but it never disappears completely. Pick a position to see how it is calculated and what each number means there.

Life Path Number
What your Life Path number is, what it shows, and how to work it out from your date of birth — with a worked example and the rules most calculators get wrong.
1 Life Path
What a 1 Life Path means: the drive for autonomy, what a 1 is good at, where it gets stuck, the work that suits it, and how to tell when it is not working.
2 Life Path
There is no 2 Life Path: a birth date can only total 20, and 20 carries an 11. What the arithmetic is, and what a 2 means everywhere else in your chart.
3 Life Path
What a 3 Life Path means: the need to be seen, the gift for putting things across, where a 3 gets stuck, and the work that suits it.
4 Life Path
What a 4 Life Path means: the demand for stability, the endurance that finishes what others abandon, where a 4 gets stuck, and the work that suits it.
