Ad Measurement (Meta, TikTok, Google)

If the visitor agrees in the cookie banner, the website uses the tracking codes of Meta Platforms (Meta Pixel; Facebook, Instagram), TikTok (TikTok Pixel) and Google (the Google tag: Google Ads conversion tracking and Google Analytics 4). These record which pages the visitor viewed and whether a purchase or booking took place, and send this to the given provider. When a purchase is made, the Google tag also sends the buyer’s email address to Google, one-way encrypted (hashed) in the browser, so the purchase can be matched to the ad (enhanced conversions); it is not sent to Meta or TikTok. The Data Controller retains the privacy requests (e-mails) received for a specified period relevant to that data processing. After this period, they will be irrevocably deleted.

Recording of Readings

Every reading is recorded, and a written summary is prepared with Zoom AI, which the Client receives. Recording is optional: at the Client’s request the reading is not recorded. Purpose: so that the reading can be listened to again later. Legal basis: performance of the contract. The recording and the summary are available in the Zoom cloud for at most 5 days, during which the Client can download them; after that they are deleted.

Chat Assistant

The assistant on the website answers questions about the services, prices and booking with the help of artificial intelligence (AI). Data processed: the messages the visitor types into the chat, and the name, email address and question if the visitor asks for the question to be forwarded to Renato. Purpose: answering the questions. Legal basis: the visitor’s consent, given by using the chat. To create the answer, the messages are sent through OpenRouter to Google’s Gemini AI model, only to providers that do not store the requests or use them to train models. The conversations are not stored on the Data Controller’s server; the conversation is kept in the visitor’s own browser for at most 24 hours. Please do not type sensitive personal data into the chat.

Newsletter

If the visitor subscribes to the newsletter, we process their email address (and name, if given) to send news, new articles and offers. Legal basis: consent, which can be withdrawn at any time with the unsubscribe link in every email. The list is managed by MailerLite; data is kept until unsubscribing.

Online Payments

Card payments for readings and app credits are processed by Stripe. The Data Controller never sees or stores card details; it receives the name, email address, amount and payment status needed for the booking and the receipt.

A data processor is a natural or legal person, public authority, agency, or other body which processes personal data on behalf of the Data Controller. The prior consent of the data subject is not required for the use of a data processor, but the Data Controller is obliged to inform the data subjects of the fact of data transfer. Accordingly, we provide the following information: The Data Controller uses data processors to maintain and manage its website, who provide IT services (hosting) and, in this context, process the personal data provided on the website.
