These terms apply to the use of the free Opus Calculator application. The application is free of charge, requires no registration, and is not aimed at the purchase of any product or service — therefore no consumer sales contract is concluded.
These terms apply to every visitor and user of the Opus Calculator application. By using the application, the User accepts these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the application.
Opus Calculator is a free application for informational and educational purposes, which performs numerology calculations based on the name and date of birth provided by the User, and displays number meanings, personal cycles and lesson material.
The entire calculation runs in the User's browser; the application sends no data to the Service Provider. For details, see the Privacy Policy.
Use of the application requires no registration, no user account and no payment of any kind. The Service Provider charges no consideration for the use of the application and creates no payment obligation for the User. Since no contract for consideration is concluded, the question of a right of withdrawal under Hungarian Government Decree 45/2014 (II. 26.) does not arise.
The Service Provider makes the application available "as is" and gives no warranty of continuous, error-free operation, nor for temporary unavailability of the application. The Service Provider is not liable for decisions arising from the interpretation or use of the application's content, or for their consequences. The Service Provider's liability is excluded to the fullest extent permitted by law; this does not affect liability for breaches committed intentionally or causing harm to human life, physical integrity or health.
The application, its source code, texts, lesson material and design elements are the intellectual property of the Service Provider. Copying, reproducing, adapting or publicly republishing them without the Service Provider's prior written consent is not permitted. Private use of the application and personal use of the results is of course permitted.
The application collects and transmits no personal data: the name and date of birth entered are processed and stored exclusively in the User's browser. Details are set out in the Privacy Policy.
The User may submit a complaint to info@opusnumerology.com. The Service Provider will examine the complaint and provide a substantive written response within 30 days.
If a complaint is rejected, a consumer may turn to a conciliation board. The board competent for the Service Provider's registered office:
The Service Provider has a duty to cooperate in conciliation board proceedings.
A consumer may address a consumer protection complaint to the metropolitan or county government office competent for their place of residence.

A consumer may also enforce their claim before a court.
The Service Provider is entitled to amend these terms unilaterally. The amended version enters into force upon publication. The version in force at any given time is continuously available on the website.
In matters not regulated by these terms, Hungarian law applies, in particular Act V of 2013 on the Civil Code, Act CLV of 1997 on Consumer Protection, and Act CVIII of 2001 on Electronic Commerce Services.
