1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using opusnumerology.com (the “Website”), booking a consultation, purchasing a course, or otherwise using any services offered through the Website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Website or purchase any services.

4. Services Offered
The Service Provider offers the following services and courses through opusnumerology.com:
- Numerology Private Course
- Full Numerology Reading
- Numerology Personality Reading
- Periodic Numerology Reading
- Numerology Reading for Relationships and Business Partnerships
- Business Numerology Reading
- Follow-Up Reading
Services may be provided online via Zoom or, where available, in person. For online consultations, a written summary may be provided upon request.
5. Booking and Payment
All appointments must be booked through the Website or the designated online booking system.
A booking becomes final only after the Client has paid the full amount during the booking process.
Payments are processed securely through Stripe, which handles credit and debit card transactions.
After a successful booking, the Client will receive a confirmation email with the booking details. After payment is completed, the Client may also receive an invoice or payment receipt to the email address provided during checkout, as applicable.
6. Pricing
All service fees are offered at fixed prices, and the current prices are displayed on the Website.
The Service Provider reserves the right to update prices at any time; however, any confirmed booking will be charged at the price in effect at the time of purchase.
7. Rescheduling, Cancellation, and Refunds
Clients may request to reschedule a booked appointment in justified cases, subject to availability.
As a general rule, payments are non-refundable once a booking has been confirmed, except where a refund is required by applicable law or expressly stated in these Terms.
If the Service Provider is unable to perform the service due to the Service Provider’s own fault or unavailability, the parties will arrange a new appointment. If rescheduling is not reasonably possible, the Service Provider may issue a refund at its discretion.
8. Three-Day Cancellation Window
As a contractual courtesy policy, the Client may request cancellation within 3 calendar days of placing the order by sending written notice to info@opusnumerology.com.
After the 3-day period has expired, cancellation and refund are no longer available, and only rescheduling may be requested.
This cancellation policy does not limit any non-waivable rights the Client may have under applicable consumer protection laws.
9. Delivery of Services
Services are delivered electronically through online video consultation via Zoom, or in person if such option is offered and agreed in advance.
The service is considered delivered at the pre-arranged appointment time agreed by the parties.
10. Client Responsibilities
The Client is responsible for providing accurate and truthful information when booking a service.
The Service Provider is not responsible for issues arising from incorrect, incomplete, or misleading information submitted by the Client.
The Client is also responsible for having a functioning device, stable internet connection, and access to the required software platform for online sessions.
11. No Guarantees and Service Disclaimer
The services offered on this Website, including numerology readings, courses, and consultations, are provided for informational, educational, personal-development, and/or entertainment purposes only.
The Service Provider does not guarantee any particular personal, relationship, financial, business, or other outcome from the use of the services.
Nothing on the Website or in any consultation constitutes legal, medical, psychological, tax, investment, or financial advice, and the services are not a substitute for licensed professional advice in those fields.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Service Provider shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or related to the use of the Website or the services.
The Service Provider shall also not be liable for failures or interruptions caused by third-party platforms, payment processors, hosting providers, internet outages, software failures, or Client-side technical problems.
In any event, the total liability of the Service Provider arising out of or related to any service shall not exceed the amount actually paid by the Client for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
13. Complaints and Customer Support
Clients may submit complaints in writing by email to info@opusnumerology.com.
The Service Provider will review and respond to complaints within 30 days of receipt.
14. Intellectual Property
All content on the Website, including but not limited to text, graphics, branding, course materials, written summaries, structure, design, and other materials, is the property of the Service Provider unless otherwise stated.
No content may be copied, reproduced, distributed, published, modified, or used for commercial purposes without the Service Provider’s prior written permission.
15. Privacy
Use of the Website is also governed by the Website’s Privacy Policy, which explains how personal information is collected, used, and protected.
16. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the Service Provider’s place of establishment, unless otherwise required by mandatory consumer protection laws.
Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the services shall be resolved by the competent courts having jurisdiction over the Service Provider, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
17. Changes to These Terms
The Service Provider reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time.
Any updated version will be published on the Website with a revised “Last Updated” date. Continued use of the Website or services after such update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
